Nollywood actress, Regina Chukwu has many reasons to be grateful this year as she marks her first birthday as a Landlord.

Jaratunes reported late last year that Regina had joined the Landlady’s club as she splashed millions on a new house.

Taking to Instagram to celebrate her new age, Regina Chukwu noted how blessed she is.

Reminiscing on her past year, Regina recounted how she celebrated her birthday in a rented apartment last year, but today, she is celebrating it as a landlord.

She stated that her creator has been so intentional about her life, which she doesn’t take for granted.

Calling for prayers, Regina added that she is leaving the epistles for later in the day.

Believe it or not GINA is BLESSED.

Last yr I celebrated my birthday in a rented apartment but today I am landlord in this city I was born and raised in.

God has been so intentional abt me and I do not take it for granted.

Regina Chukwu acquires a new house

Jaratunes reported in December that Regina Chukwu had gotten emotional over her new house.

The mother of two took to her Instagram page to narrate how difficult life was for her as a single mother, following the death of her husband and the father of her kids.

Regina recounted how she had to move into her father’s house following her husband’s death, because she couldn’t afford rents. She revealed that she had to manage under the same room with her many siblings and parents, had to sleep outside with her mosquito nets and more.

However, today, her story has change and God has blessed her and her kids with a house of their own.

Regina Chukwu puts her curves on public display as she celebrates her birthday

Last year, Regina Chukwu had put her massive curves on display as she celebrated her birthday.

Photos shared on her Instagram page captured Regina Chukwu flaunting her curves in lovely jump suites and traditional outfits.

Regina Chukwu expressed appreciation to God for the new age, stating that she is still breathing even if she doesn’t have enough.

The single mother of two urged her fans and colleagues to praise God on her behalf and hug her wherever they see her because she deserved it.

According to Regina Chukwu, she has been a widow for 20 years and still keeping it down.
