Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar is starting a new journey following her recovery.

Taking to Instagram, the Kogi-born actress revealed that she is on a new part to a new life.

Halima Abubakar appreciated all her fans for the prayers, love and encouragement.

She advised her fans to live a life they would be proud of and to strive to be a new version of themselves.

Halima Abubakar shares her journey to recovery with fans after months of being bedridden

Jaratunes reported weeks back that Halima Abubakar had taken to her Instagram stories to share her recovery journey with her fans.

In 2022, Halima became bedridden following her altercation with Apostle Johnson Suleman. Her family also took to social media to call out the clergyman to stay away from her.

However, many alleged that the actress was battling an autoimmune disease. Debunking the claims, Halima took to her Instagram story to share her medical report which was shoved aside as many claimed that the report doesn’t prove anything.

In an update, the actress took to her Instagram story on 28th February to share her recovery journey. Halima shared videos of herself on a hospital bed and thanked the doctors and nurses who took care of her.

She also gave gratitude to her creator for restoring her health.

Marking her first return, Halima shared first pictures of her as she expressed gratitude to her creator for all He has done for her.

She also appreciated her team for pressuring her to come out of her shell.
