Superstar Afrobeats singer David Adeleke professionally known as Davido has finally reveals the candidate he supported in the 2023 General elections.
Recall that the 2023 presidential election was held on February 25th, 2023 and by extension APC presidential flag bearer Bola Ahmed Tinubu emerges as the presidential elect.
During this period, Davido who is well known to be one of the celebrities who is vocal when it comes politics was offline due to tragic death of his 3-year-ols son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.
Davido whose uncle Ademola Adeleke is the governor of Osun-State under the party, PDP speaks about how election and personal issues affected the release of his Timeless album.
When asked why some celebrities do not take responsibilities of influencing the elections, Davido said he won’t blame anyone that doesn’t participate as they have family and children to protect. He added that everyone can’t be like him as they are built differently.
Speaking about his choice of presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, Davido deceives many who thinks he is going to choose Atiku as he refused to choose any of the leader rather he chooses himself as the leader.
