Nollywood actress, Empress Njamah has shared her secrets to being happy.

Jaratunes reported that the past months has been traumatizing for Empress Njamah as she lost her bestfriend, Ada Ameh and was blackmailed by her ex-fiance, Josh Wade.

However, the actress has chosen to stay happy and not dwell on the last.

For her, she doesn’t worry about the future and has chosen to focus on living fully in the present.

“If you want to be HAPPY do not dwell in the past. Do not worry about the future, focus on living fully in the PRESENT”.

Empress Njamah recounts traumatizing ordeal in the hands of her estranged fiance

Jaratunes reported early this year that Empress Njamah had relive the terrible ordeal she went through in the hands of her estranged fiance, Josh Wade.

In series of posts on her Instagram pages, the actress, who had gotten back her Instagram page, recounted the emotionally draining experience.

She revealed that putting his picture on social media, gave many victims the opportunity to speak out. Though, he is on the run, the police are toiling day and night to bring him to book.

Empress Njamah disclosed that he ran away with her car, international passport, 3 phones, valuables worth millions and more.

“I was glad I came out to speak, putting his picture out there have brought out so many of his victims. His know with different names and have really done terrible things to so many women. It’s his trade for years, take everything they have without mercy and blackmail them with their nudes. His pictures I out out have exposed a lot about him, the appropriate authorities are on it. His still on the run, the police are on it. For those asking why I didn’t report to the police, ofcourse I did. I mustn’t put everything on IG.
