One delicious_cookey wrote, “Hmmmmn!!! I read some comments here and I just had to sigh cos I don’t know what in the actual hell is wrong with some people. One of the reasons I hate Yoruba movies is this mediocrity. Let’s call a spade a spade! I love Toyin I swear. I love her person, her family, her humility, and so on. But then I won’t ever lie and say her movies are da bomb. She doesn’t make meaningful movies to be sincere. I get that some people are low-key dumb sha and sometimes they find “trash” very interesting. Only an intelligent person can read between the lines and not so many people have intelligence, unfortunately. I do tell my sisters and friends that Nollywood movies would only reduce one’s IQ. It’s a sad truth at the end of the day. Shalom!!!”
